DAVID GILMOUR TOUR
‘The Webb Sisters’ Hattie and Charley Webb sang and played harp, guitar and ukulele in David Gilmour’s band on his international tour in 2024.
The tour travelled to: Circo Massimo - Rome, The Royal Albert Hall - London UK, The Intuit Dome and The Hollywood Bowl - Los Angeles, Madison Square Garden - New York. See below for the live videos now online.

The Webb Sisters are internationally renowned artists and musicians who have toured extensively with Leonard Cohen, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and David Gilmour. John Jorgenson is a Grammy-winning virtuoso guitarist and critically acclaimed multi-instrumentalist who has played and sung with Elton John, The Desert Rose Band, The Hellecasters and has won Guitarist of the Year 3 times at the ACM Awards in Nashville. As a trio, John, Charley and Hattie have enjoyed a friendship and musical alliance for many years.

‘Ruined in the Rain’ single out 20th September 2024!
“Ruined in the Rain” is a heartbreaking meditation on suffering. Hattie details the deeply personal track, “I have this theory that there can be an original wound in a person, which is often from childhood, and then throughout your life, you go through other deep woundings but somehow they reach back to that original wound.” The song tells of the consequence of that wound through the lens of a woman who’s experienced great suffering. She adds, “The ultimate message of the song is to trust ourselves and be guided by our instinct when we feel something isn’t right. That next time, our internal wisdom can show us the way.”
The narrative is drawn in part on Hattie’s own experiences but also on the work she’s done with ‘AAFDA - 'Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse’, a charity that has used another album highlight, “Never Just Your Daughters” as part of a campaign against gender-based violence and violence against women and girls.

‘Shakespeare’s Shores’ single out 15th August
“Shakespeare’s Shores” was written by Hattie Webb and Heartbreaker Ron Blair and produced by Webb and Grammy nominated producer/bassist Roscoe Beck (Leonard Cohen, Dixie Chicks, Eric Johnson.) Beck also performs on the track. The new song is one of Hattie’s favourites, she said “It’s about turning a corner after heartbreak and finding a way to accept the losses one faces in life,” She continues. “It’s like a ‘Hansel and Gretel’ story, leaving a trail so you can still be found but also a bittersweet letting go of how life once felt, and letting go of someone who is technically in your past but still living on within.”

We are very proud to release the soundtracks from the ‘Find Your Quiet’ TV campaign commissioned by ‘Quiet Mark’ (see below for links) live on ITV1 and National Geographic TV Sky channels, filmed across land and seascapes of the west coast of Scotland each location with its own original music. This will be live on Primetime TV this weekend in the UK for Remembrance Day commemorations.
We were inspired imagining listening to David's 'secret chord' as a starting creative place and felt carried by the enduring essence of nature as we embarked on this creative journey. This body of work is a small offering to the listener as the ebb and flow of their day moves, and as we call in hope and find connection across homes and borders.

TWS will be playing in Odense Denmark at Nashville Nights International Songwriters Festival 2021.
Charley and Hattie will be playing a solo show at Posten at 12pm on 19th September.
Then the sisters will be featured at a musical event to honour the music of Leonard Cohen at 3pm, also at Posten. This event will also featuring Claus Hempler, Signe Svendsen, Bjørn Fjæsted, Steen Jørgensen, Mike Andersen & Sara Indrio.

I am thrilled to come to the day I can begin to share with you my new body of work, ‘Wild Medicine’!
Over the next 8 Mondays, starting tomorrow 22/2, I will be revealing songs, videos, collaborations and concepts within the album.
Making this record began on the day I walked into Patrick Leonard’s studio in Los Angeles October 2017 and it has been an incredible, rewarding, challenging, enriching and humbling journey to come to this point.
I am so grateful to the many friends and collaborators who have supported, inspired and guided me, to those who lent their gifts, their ears and wise thoughts. In due course, you will hear more about the people who have shaped this chapter and shaped me too.
Thank you for your support, your words of sustenance, kindness and love over these times. You may not know how much these mean to me, but they really do mean a lot.

The Webb Sisters will be playing at Maynooth University, Ireland on 20th June. It will be an evening to reflect on the work and life of Leonard Cohen. Author, poet, playwright and good friend of Leonard’s, John MacKenna will be joining the festivities alongside novelist and poet Dermot Bolger and renowned songwriter and musician Kevin Doherty, with the line-up completed by our very own alumnus—academic, writer and activist Dr Bríd Connolly.
